Job Description

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations by handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Data Analysis: Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Employee Separations: Handle employee separations, including exit interviews and related documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
