Job summary

A leading company in the construction industry seeks a proactive HR Officer for its UAE operations. The successful candidate will manage employee documentation, assist in recruitment, and ensure regulatory compliance within the HR department. Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in oil & gas or construction.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support daily HR operations in our UAE-based oil & gas or construction projects. The ideal candidate should have prior UAE experience, be fluent in Hindi, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. The HR Officer will handle documentation, employee records, basic recruitment support, and administrative compliance.

  • Maintain employee records, files, and databases in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Support visa processing, medicals, EID, and insurance for employees.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and maintain monthly HR reports in Excel.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding and document collection.
  • Coordinate with PROs, site administrators, and accommodation staff for employee logistics.
  • Maintain HR registers, prepare reports, and assist in audits.
  • Provide support in recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA-HR
  • 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in oil & gas or construction.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and visa processes.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
