Job description

Job Purpose:
The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, processes, and policies within the company. The role includes leading talent management initiatives to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, while ensuring adherence to newly established HR frameworks and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures for the organisation.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out.
  • Design and execute on boarding and retention programs to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Implement performance management processes and tools, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Lead the creation and execution of employee recognition initiatives.
  • Support talent management, employee development, and succession planning to build capabilities and technical skills.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to boost employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure alignment of incentive disbursement, promotions, and new hire compensation with the overall reward strategy.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documents, ensuring compliance with policies and industry best practices.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution, handling employee relations matters, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
