About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire an HR Manager for a key ice cream supplier, dedicated to handling various brands.

Job Purpose: Seeking an HR professional responsible for overseeing the human resources functions within an organization. Duties include recruiting, hiring, training employees, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring a productive and legally compliant workplace, handling employee relations, managing compensation and benefits, and contributing to strategic planning.
