As an HR Manager, this is a unique chance to build an HR department from scratch in a high-impact role.

A newly established project company in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.

Description

  1. HR Setup & Strategy: Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to support business operations.
  2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring efforts to build a high-performing team.
  3. HR Operations: Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and general HR functions.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  5. HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure alignment with UAE labour laws and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Proven experience in HR management.

  5. Ability to work independently without initial team support.
  6. Confident personality to engage with senior stakeholders.
