Job Responsibilities
- HR Setup & Strategy: Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to support business operations.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring efforts to build a high-performing team.
- HR Operations: Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and general HR functions.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure alignment with UAE labour laws and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in HR management.
- Preference for candidates with experience in setting up an HR function from scratch.
- Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently without initial team support.
- Confident personality to engage with senior stakeholders.
