We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to be based in Dubai.
Primary Tasks
· Full ownership of all HR operations, employee relations, and labor compliance within the country
· Serve as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team
· Align local HR practices with global HR policies, adapted to local legislation and workforce needs
· Lead the local HR team
· Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and workplace safety standards
· Manage employee relations and act as the first point of contact for managers and staff
· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in alignment with global HR processes
· Support managers in performance and people management
· Implement and adapt global/regional HR policies locally
· Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with market standards
· Liaise with finance, payroll, and external service providers as needed
· Promote an inclusive, performance-driven culture
· Provide HR data, insights, and reports to local and global stakeholders
· Support leadership development and local talent initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of national labor laws and employment practices
· Experience with end-to-end HR operations (payroll, benefits, employment lifecycle, etc.)
· Ability to balance strategic insight and hands-on HR execution
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
· Experience with HR software, HRIS is preferred
