A leading company in the UAE is seeking a Payroll Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR/Payroll. The role involves managing payroll functions for a large workforce, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and providing operational HR support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively support payroll management.
Payroll Management:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (monthly/bi-weekly)
Handle statutory deductions, tax compliance, and local labor law adherence
Coordinate with Finance on payroll funding and reconciliation
Manage year-end processes: Form 16, W-2, increments, bonuses
Compliance & Documentation:
Stay up to date with labor/tax laws and statutory changes
Submit statutory reports: PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.
Maintain detailed and accurate payroll records
HR Operations Support:
Support compensation structuring and benefits administration
Address employee queries on payroll, taxation, and reimbursements
Provide data support for internal and external audits
What We re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in HR/Payroll
Proven track record in managing payroll for large workforces (1,000+ employees)
Strong understanding of payroll software and local statutory compliance
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
