You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting our business objectives through innovative HR practices. You ll lead core functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy development across our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:


-Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
-Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE labor laws
-Drive employee engagement, retention, and development programs
-Manage performance review cycles and learning & development initiatives
-Advise leadership on organizational structure and workforce planning
-Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
-Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture

What We re Looking For:


-Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR certifications are a plus)
-Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR role, ideally within the tech or services sector
-Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR compliance
-Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-Experience with HR software (ERP/HRMS tools)
