Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive HR strategy and alignment across multiple business sectors
  2. Lead recruitment, onboarding & employee lifecycle processes
  3. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa regulations
  4. Oversee payroll, leave, and attendance management
  5. Support employee engagement, development, and performance evaluations
  6. Coordinate training, workshops & internal development initiatives
  7. Partner with leadership teams to support organizational growth

What We Are Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred)
  2. 5+ years of experience in HR (UAE experience is a plus)
  3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law & HRMS systems
  4. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  5. Excellent communication, leadership & multitasking skills
