HR Manager

Our client, a leading creative hub in Sharjah, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a vibrant workplace culture that supports innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company’s creative and collaborative culture.
2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
3. Drive employee engagement, training, and professional development initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
5. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
6. Act as an advisor to leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning.
7. Foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a creative or dynamic industry.
2. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
5. Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
