Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Sharjah is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, recruitment, and compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of HR experience in the UAE, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. This position offers a comprehensive view of HR responsibilities alongside finance administrative functions.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR within the UAE.
  • Basic accounting or finance experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Sharjah Free Zone regulations.

Job description

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1.Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping, leave balances, and deductions

2.Manage end-to-end HR operations : recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations

3.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Sharjah Free Zone regulations

4.Handle visa processing, employee documentation, and renewals with support from PRO

5.Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and maintain HR records

6.Assist with basic administrative tasks, finance data entry, and leave management

7.Support employee engagement initiatives and drive internal communications

8.Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review

9.Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries

Requirements :

1.4–6 years of experience in HR within the UAE

2.Basic accounting or finance experience is a strong advantage (e.g., payroll, petty cash, invoice support, or expense management)

3.Comfortable handling dual responsibilities across HR and light finance admin functions

4.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5.Knowledge of UAE Labour Law; Sharjah Free Zone experience preferred

6.Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantage

7.Working knowledge of accounting or finance operations is beneficial

8.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

9.Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRMS exposure is a plus
