- Partner with Group HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Business Partner with Business Unit Heads for day-to-day operations and aligning HR strategies and initiatives.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Talent Management which includes recruitment, onboarding and exit process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Plays a part in nurturing a positive working environment and culture.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly payroll.
- Participate in regional / local remuneration surveys and conduct periodic benchmarking for reviewing internal equity and external competitiveness for focused countries.
- Manage the administration of the HR policies, procedure and programs.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Responsible for monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a HR Management role.
- HR knowledge with a demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
