  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the Group's business objectives.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration and positive experience.
  • Administer performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and legal compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies remain compliant.
  • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Partner with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
