Responsibilities
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the Group's business objectives.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration and positive experience.
- Administer performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.
- Stay informed on employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies remain compliant.
- Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Partner with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
