- Partner with Group HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Business Partner with Business Unit Heads for day-to-day operations and aligning HR strategies and initiatives
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Talent Management which includes recruitment, onboarding and exit process
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Plays a part in nurturing a positive working environment and culture
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system
- Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly payroll
