Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Manager for a fast-paced aluminium/glass facades manufacturing/contracting group. The role focuses on shaping people strategies and aligning HR with business growth.

You will lead HR strategy, visa and work permit processes, performance management, learning and development, engagement, compensation, and HR digitization across projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required.
• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in an HR managerial role.
• Proven background in contracting or construction is a must.
• Track record in organizational transformation, change management, and HR digitization.
• Prior experience in manufacturing / contracting company in Aluminium / Glass / Facades segment.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law HR documentation and compliance
• Work permit / visa processes
