Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our Group Company in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the human resources function, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to support our business growth and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the group company. - Manage recruitment processes to attract, select, and onboard top talent. - Oversee employee relations to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment. - Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. - Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to managers and employees. - Lead compensation and benefits planning to attract and retain key personnel. - Collaborate with leadership to support change management initiatives and organizational development. - Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus. - Proven experience as an HR Manager in a group company or similar multi-entity environment. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
