The successful candidate will lead the human resources function, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to support our business growth and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the group company. - Manage recruitment processes to attract, select, and onboard top talent. - Oversee employee relations to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment. - Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. - Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to managers and employees. - Lead compensation and benefits planning to attract and retain key personnel. - Collaborate with leadership to support change management initiatives and organizational development. - Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus. - Proven experience as an HR Manager in a group company or similar multi-entity environment. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
