Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- CIPD/SHRM certification is mandatory.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in the GCC, with a strong background in group-level HR leadership.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business growth.
- Analytical prowess: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
