General HR Development:
- Strong background in employment, employee relations, benefits, wage and salary, employee training, HSE, and government regulations, visa processing, and immigration as they impact HR.
- Develops and assists in implementing human resource programs for Middle East & North Africa entities, focusing on host country labour law and legal issues.
- Develops compensation programs and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Implements dialogues to address specific concerns and oversee resolution of conflicts/disputes related to organizational initiatives and activities.
- Responsible for developing company guidelines, policies, and procedures on issues concerning local contracted employees.
- Works with senior management to assess diversity and cross-cultural inclusion programs, establish best practices, and identify initiatives to improve staff retention and advancement.
- Recommends best practices for information flow between regions and countries, and explores opportunities for inter-country knowledge sharing.
- Maintains metrics and prepares periodic reports for senior management to evaluate initiatives and ROI.
- Continuously assesses the competitiveness of benefits packages against comparable companies, industries, and markets.
- Handles recruitment and mobilization processes.
Employee Relations:
- Manages HR issues during acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration of new and existing businesses.
- Provides employee counseling as needed.
- Plans and coordinates employee functions, onboarding, etc.
- Guides the HR team to promote acceptable standards.
- Provides support and counsel to product line managers and department leaders.

Experience Requirements:
- Over 5 years of progressive HR management experience, with some international exposure.
- Fluent English required; Arabic knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Experience with multi-site operations.
- Experience in high-growth environments.
- Experience with work permits and visas.
