In this strategic role, you will lead and manage all human resource functions, enhance employee engagement, and drive a culture of excellence within our organization. Your expertise will be vital in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment where employees can thrive. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pool. - Oversee performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development. - Lead employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive and motivating workplace culture. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices to mitigate risks. - Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. - Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and career progression. - Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the retail industry. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Demonstrated experience in developing HR strategies and implementing effective HR processes. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict and management issues effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
