Job description

Our Client isa leading global provider of unified supply chain execution software, employing over 1,000 people at 23 locations worldwide. Seeking to Hire an "HR Manager" at their office inDubai, UAE.

The position reportsdirectly to the GM ME and functionally to Global HR.

As an HR Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in shaping and implementing our personnel strategy, as well as supporting and developing our employees at our location in Dubai.

Tasks

  • Conducting all personnel administrative tasks, including managing employee data, payroll, creating employment contracts, bonus and supplementary agreements, reference letters, and other relevant HR documents.
  • Implementing our HR strategy and policies at the location in Dubai.
  • Acting as a competent point of contact for our employees on labor law issues.
  • Supporting the implementation of measures for the individual development of our employees by planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Conducting interviews, making hiring decisions in collaboration with the relevant departments, and participating in trade fairs.
  • Actively contributing to the future of our entire corporate group by participating in regular (including international) HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, a completed commercial training program with further education in personnel management (e.g., HR specialist).
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist with several years in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Highly conscientious, action-oriented, and motivated to improve and shape HR processes.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
