What You Will Do
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making final hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, performance evaluation, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and training records.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on employee disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and repairs, office layout, and equipment procurement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Assist in financial administration tasks, such as expense tracking and budget monitoring.
What You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional HR certification is preferred.
- Min 8+ years of proven experience in a similar HR management role, with a thorough understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience in ensuring compliance with these laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
