Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced HR Manager - Female to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organizational performance through effective people management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bridging management and employee relations.
  3. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes with professionalism and fairness.
  4. Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring high-quality hires.
  5. Lead initiatives in performance management, training, development, and employee engagement.
  6. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and labor regulations.
  7. Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR operations and support strategic decision-making.
  8. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Skills:
  1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role. HR Manager based in Dubai (preferably female).
