Job Details:

1. More than 15 years of experience in a Construction Company in Dubai, handling over 3,000 manpower.
2. Preferably from a reputable Construction Company in UAE with luxury or high-end projects.
3. Proven background in Recruitment Management, Manpower Planning, and HR Strategic Planning.
4. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law Rules and Regulations.
