About the Client: A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.

Job Description:
  1. Oversee the full recruitment process, from screening to onboarding new employees.
  2. Serve as primary point of contact for employees on related matters, management on reports and performance review, recruitment agencies for interviews, etc.
  3. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonuses, incentives, and health benefits.
  4. Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and other HR documentation. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
  1. Open to Any nationalities from Luxury Retail; 40 years old and below
  2. Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
  3. At least 5 years relevant experience in recruitment, employees’ relations, and performance management
  4. Must have strong knowledge in UAE Labor laws and HR with strong background in Retail
