The ideal candidate will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organizational performance through effective people management. Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the company’s vision and goals. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bridging management and employee relations. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes with professionalism and fairness. Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring high-quality hires. Lead initiatives in performance management, training, development, and employee engagement. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and labor regulations. Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR operations and support strategic decision-making. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
