HR Manager

Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods designed to enhance personal style. With two stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and uses only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an HR Manager to join our team. This position is based in Dubai.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Update and maintain administrative HR files, such as employee files, leave calendars, performance appraisal documents, onboarding processes, etc.;
2. Support recruitment endeavors by scheduling and assisting in candidate interviews, screening applications, postings of jobs, etc.;
3. Support in the preparation of payroll by reporting paid and unpaid leave days, pro-rata months, etc.;
4. Act as direct HR contact for employee questions and concerns;
5. Run and operate HR processes such as performance appraisals, training, onboarding, offboarding, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Administration/HR Operations in the UAE;
2. A relevant degree in HR or Business Administration;
3. HR-relevant certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) are an advantage;
4. Outstanding communication skills (written & spoken) in English.
