Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive company growth. - Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of retail staff. - Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution ensuring a positive work environment. - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. - Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression. - Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
