We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Manager to join our growing team. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, combining the core responsibilities of human resources with digital marketing insight and retail industry know-how. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent while also supporting marketing strategies that align with our business goals in the e-commerce and retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Training
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and development.
    • Conduct induction sessions and coordinate learning modules aligned with company goals.
  2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
    • Develop and execute engagement strategies that foster a high-performance and inclusive work culture.
    • Organize regular employee feedback sessions, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
    • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
    • Manage performance review processes and advise managers on effective appraisal practices.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align employer branding strategies with digital outreach.
    • Support recruitment marketing efforts through social media campaigns, career page enhancements, and online reputation management.
  3. Analytics & Insights
    • Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and improve employee retention.
  4. E-commerce & SEO Support
    • Provide strategic HR support to teams focused on e-commerce growth and SEO by understanding their talent needs.
    • Collaborate with digital marketing to improve career-related content visibility using SEO best practices.
  5. Retail Sector HR Management
    • Apply HR expertise in a retail or e-commerce setting, understanding the challenges of managing frontline and digital talent.
    • Support store-level staff recruitment, training, and retention strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success in recruitment and employee development.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, Google Analytics, and SEO strategies.
  • Prior experience in retail or e-commerce industries preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
