Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll processing, and PRO services.
• Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR service delivery.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in higher education or research institutions is an advantage.
