Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regional business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and regulatory compliance, including occupational health and safety standards.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structuring, bonuses, and incentive plans.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
  • Develop and execute performance management systems and coordinate regular employee evaluations.
  • Initiate and manage employee retention strategies and engagement programs to reduce turnover and enhance workplace morale.
  • Lead HR strategic projects, including organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Monitor updates in labor legislation and update internal policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Prepare and manage the HR department budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Supervise payroll administration across the designated regions, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing and/or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
