Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regional business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and regulatory compliance, including occupational health and safety standards.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structuring, bonuses, and incentive plans.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Develop and execute performance management systems and coordinate regular employee evaluations.
- Initiate and manage employee retention strategies and engagement programs to reduce turnover and enhance workplace morale.
- Lead HR strategic projects, including organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Monitor updates in labor legislation and update internal policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Prepare and manage the HR department budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Supervise payroll administration across the designated regions, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing and/or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- High proficiency in data analysis, HR software, and reporting tools.
