Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Currently enrolled in a university/college program or a recent graduate.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, or Business Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Support HR recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with HR records maintenance and documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
• Support HR reporting and administrative processes.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Provide basic IT support and hardware/software setup assistance.
• Support system testing, documentation, and process improvements.
• Maintain IT inventories and records.
• Participate in technology-related projects and digital initiatives.
• Assist with financial administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Support invoice processing and record maintenance.
• Help prepare financial reports and data analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and reconciliation activities where required.
