Qualifications

• Must be UAE National with a Family Book.
• Currently enrolled in a university/college program or a recent graduate.
• Interest in HR, IT, Finance, or Business Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Assist with HR records and documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
• Support HR reporting and administrative processes.
• Assist HR projects as required.
• Provide basic technical and administrative IT support to employees.
• Assist with hardware and software setup activities.
• Support system testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain IT inventories and records.
• Participate in technology projects and digital initiatives.
• Assist with financial administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Support invoice processing and record maintenance.
• Help prepare financial reports and data analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and reconciliation activities where required.
