In this role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to policy development and compliance.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in the development of creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Engage with candidates and hire managers to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of training programs for employees at various levels.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and resources.
  • Coordinate and schedule employee development sessions.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Support the Total Rewards team in the development and enhancement of payroll-related policies and programs.
