A leading HR management firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a team of 5 HR Generalists. This role involves overseeing the full on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring accurate payroll, and advising on UAE labor law. The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of HR experience in the UAE and be fluent in both Arabic and English. Lead and manage a team of 5 HR Generalists.
Oversee full on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with WPS.
Review and approve employee letters (salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, etc.).
Supervise medical insurance administration including enrollments, claims, and renewals.
Manage HR-related invoices and vendor coordination.
Advise management and employees on UAE labor law matters.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure continuous development and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Bilingual: Arabic & English (fluent in both spoken and written).
Minimum 10 years of HR/Payroll experience in the UAE.
Proven team leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, payroll, and HR operations.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
