A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking an HR professional to coordinate recruitment, manage employee relations, and enhance talent management practices. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years in HR and proficiency in HRIS. This full-time role offers an engaging work environment and competitive salary.
· Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
· Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
.Administers, oversees, or collaborates on the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave, disciplinary matters.
· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
· Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
· Provide managers with guidance and resources to support effective performance management practices.
· Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
· Develop and implement employee development initiatives, including mentoring programs and career development plans.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and timekeeping records.
· Process HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, payroll changes, and benefits
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
· Stay informed about changes in HR-related laws and regulations and update policies and practices accordingly.
· Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
· Organize company events and activities to promote team building and morale.
