HR Generalist

Driven to create unique homegrown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE/KSA based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella; our brands include Switch, SALT, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

The HR Generalist will support the HR department in executing key functions, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, engagement programs, talent retention initiatives, exit interviews, and HR reporting.

This role requires a results-driven professional with experience in high-volume operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in high-volume industries such as F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are MANDATORY.
• Strong proficiency in HR management systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HR analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling HR matters.
