Position Title: HR Generalist

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to 8,500 AED depending on experience & qualifications, plus performance-based bonus

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive workforce planning, strategic hiring, and full-cycle recruitment to meet business needs.
  2. Manage contracts, payroll, policies, and ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws.
  3. Foster employee relations, lead engagement programs, and build a strong employer brand.
  4. Implement HR tech tools, streamline processes, and deliver data-driven HR insights.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ HR leadership experience in the UAE, preferably within the events industry.
  3. Proficient in HRMS and digital tools; data-driven decision-making.
  4. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and administrative operations.
