Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law hands-on experience across key HR functions and a proactive approach to supporting both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle administration
  • Coordinate visa applications renewals and cancellations with the PRO or internal admin team
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant information (attendance leave deductions)
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings screening interview scheduling and offer letters
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals LinkedIn and referrals
  • Assist with employee relations matters and support resolution of grievances and disciplinary cases
  • Support training coordination employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Handle medical insurance enrollments cancelations and claims coordination
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required
  • Provide support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Support training coordination employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for FB Hospitality and Corporate roles

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years HR and Recruitment experience in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
