Overview

The HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. The role covers employee relations, offboarding, records management, benefits, and engagement initiatives while assisting with Emiratization and training activities. This position offers broad HR exposure and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Support offboarding processes (preparing documents, exit interviews, EOSB calculation)
  • Support any requirement for Emiratization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS, personnel files, SharePoint)
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee queries.
  • Support training and development activities if necessary.
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws.
  • Assist in grievances issues, leave queries, leave report, payroll (minimal).
  • Assist HR Advisor in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Participate in handling employee relations matters with supervision.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department (Warning Letter, Employment Contract)
Qualification Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (internships or entry-level roles preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
