The HR Generalist (Arabic Speaking) will play a fundamental role in supporting the Human Resources department of our organization by fostering an inclusive and efficient environment for both employees and management. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive HR expertise and fluency in Arabic, enabling them to act as a bridge in enhancing communication and ensuring HR activities comply with local and international regulations. They will engage in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Demonstrating a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and establish productive working relationships across the board is crucial to succeeding in this dynamic role.   • Conduct the full cycle recruitment process ensuring top talent acquisition.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English both in writing and speaking necessary.
  • At least three years of HR experience in a multicultural environment needed.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive employee situations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations mandatory.
