As an HR Generalist reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE and KSA labor laws, and contributing to the development of a positive organizational culture. RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Track and report key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Implement diversity hiring practices and enhance the candidate experience.
- Represent the organization at university career fairs, job expos, and graduate recruitment events.
- Build strong relationships with universities and vocational institutes to create talent pipelines.
- Develop and coordinate internship and graduate programs to attract young talent.
- Assist in enhancing the company’s employer brand through digital and on-campus engagement campaigns.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Identify training needs and implement learning solutions to upskill employees.
- Develop and manage annual training calendars and budgets.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
- Promote continuous learning through internal knowledge-sharing and external courses.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual performance review cycle.
- Support goal-setting, feedback, and coaching processes across departments.
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans in collaboration with line managers.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE
- Champion initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee engagement.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups, and follow through with actionable plans.
- Support internal communication campaigns and employee recognition programs.
CSR & EMPLOYEE WELFARE
- Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with business values.
- Build partnerships with NGOs and volunteer organizations to support community engagement.

HR REPORTING & ANALYTICS
- Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, L&D, and performance.
- Maintain HR dashboards and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure HR data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CHANGE INITIATIVES
- Contribute to HR transformation initiatives, including process improvement and digitalization.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects with measurable outcomes.
- Monitor global and local HR trends and implement best practices accordingly.
HR SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY
- Maintain and update employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Generate standard and custom reports to support business needs.
- Support implementation, upgrades, and employee training on HR platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot basic system issues in coordination with IT or vendors.
HR ADMINISTRATION
- Oversee core HR administrative activities, including employee records management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Manage visa processes in compliance with UAE and KSA labor and immigration laws.
- Ensure that all HR operations and practices align with UAE and KSA Labor Law and organizational policies.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-joining formalities, induction, exit interviews, and final settlements.
- Monitor and track probation periods, ensuring timely confirmations or exit procedures.
HR POLICY & COMPLIANCE
- Lead the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with UAE and KSA Labor Law and update policies in accordance with legal changes.
- Serve as the internal advisor on regulatory issues and employment legislation.
- Assist in preparation and coordination of HR-related audits.
DISCIPLINARY & GRIEVANCE HANDLING
- Assist in handling employee relations matters including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE and KSA labor law and company policy.
- Participate in internal investigations and conflict resolution processes.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SUPPORT
- Support annual compensation review exercises and salary benchmarking studies.
- Administer employee benefits such as insurance, end-of-service, and leave entitlements.
- Liaise with providers and address employee queries related to benefits and claims.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 3 years in a generalist HR role, with comprehensive exposure to recruitment, performance management, training, and HR compliance within the UAE and KSA.
- Strong understanding of UAE and KSA Labor Law, talent development, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with compensation & benefits, HR digital tools, and employee lifecycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workable, Bayzat)
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
