Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join the SUNGROW Middle East HR team. This position will play a vital role in implementing HR policies and programs, which requires a well-rounded HR professional who can effectively support organization development, training and development, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process and orientation training for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
  • Keep track of local labor law and regulations updates, assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, one-on-one meetings, and exit interviews; analyze employee feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through implementing engagement initiatives and organizing team-building and cultural activities.
  • Assist in designing and organizing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks, maintain HR databases, and generate HR reports and analytics when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related management field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data accuracy.
