Job Title: HR Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to oversee and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance in our Sharjah office. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in UAE labor laws and have experience handling HR operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Process and oversee payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure timely visa processing, renewals, and PRO coordination.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and training initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR software.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Support workforce planning, talent retention, and succession planning.
  • Stay updated with employment laws, government regulations, and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and payroll regulations.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in HR roles within the GCC region.
  • Certifications in HR Management or UAE labor law compliance.
  • Familiarity with PRO services and government portals.
