Job Responsibilities
  1. Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  2. Create and publish job ads on various portals.
  3. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  5. Screen resumes and job applications.
  6. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  7. Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
  8. Track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  9. Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
  10. Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  11. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  12. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic, multitasking, strong female candidate who can handle company recruitment for both staff and labor positions. The candidate should be at least 30 years old, married, willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah, and preferably from North India. MBC candidates are preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with major job sites like Monster, Indeed, Naukri Gulf/India.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • MBA in HR.
