Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, compliance, and employee relations. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture, ensuring HR compliance, and supporting the overall HR strategy to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitmentand talent acquisitionactivities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.

· Lead employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

· Coordinate with departments to plan training schedules and track employee development initiatives.

· Assist in performance management, including KPI tracking, appraisals, and feedback documentation.

· Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure file accuracy and compliance.

· Handle employee grievanceswith professionalism and ensure timely conflict resolution.

· Facilitate internal HR communications and promote adherence to HR policies and procedures.

· Prepare official HR documentssuch as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and NOCs.

· Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the workplace.

· Organize employee engagement activities, recognition events, and pulse surveys.

· Support monthly payrollprocesses in coordination with the accounts team and administer employee benefits and leaves.

· Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement processing.

· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).

· Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in a generalist HR role.

· Strong knowledge of UAE labor lawand HR compliance.

· Proven experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

· Office-based rolewith standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

· Weekly off:Saturday and Sunday.

· Must be flexible to extend support beyond regular working hours or during weekends/public holidays based on business or HR exigencies, such as urgent recruitment, onboarding, or employee matters.

· Role involves frequent coordination and communication with employees across departments to address HR-related queries, grievances, documentation, and compliance needs.

· Occasional visits to site locations or branch offices(if applicable) may be required for HR audits, employee engagement activities, or disciplinary investigations.

· Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee data and company information.

· Expected to support organizational events, training programs, and internal workshops which may fall outside standard hours.

· Reporting to and working closely with the HR /Department Head, with periodic updates and reporting responsibilities.
