Responsibilities
  • 2-5 years experience in HR field
  • Must have significant expertise in UAE Labor and Immigration process knowledge
  • Facilitate and manage all aspects of immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residency permits.
  • Support HR functions related to employee onboarding, offboarding and other employee-related services such asGolden Visa, Dependent Visa, Domestic Worker Visa, etc.
  • Assisting PR team with various government-related responsibilities.
  • Processing visa applications, work permits via MOHRE applications, GDRFA, ICA & Freezone portals.
  • Stay updated on UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients, employees, and management.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and government agencies to resolve any immigration-related issues or challenges.
  • Assisting with the preparation of required documentation and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all immigration documents are properly filed and organized.
  • Communicate with PR Team and management regarding immigration updates, timelines, and requirements.
  • Develop and implement immigration policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in immigration management.
  • Assisting in License New / Renewal, License Amendment, License Upgrade and License Cancellation.
  • Provide training and support to PR teams and employees on immigration matters.
  • Handle any other immigration-related tasks or projects as assigned.
  • GPSSA guidelines (Emirati Nationals Pension Scheme) & Labor Card processing of Emirati National employees.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the organization and various government authorities in UAE, including the Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development (DED), and others as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain records to demonstrate adherence to legal standards.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion to maintain trust and credibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
