Job summary

A dynamic firm in the construction industry is seeking a motivated HR professional to manage employee records and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in CMiC. Knowledge of UAE labor laws is essential. Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR professional with proven experience in using CMiC (Construction Management Software) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. UAE experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee records and HR data in the CMiC system
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support payroll and attendance processes using CMiC
  • Assist in recruitment efforts: screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
  • Track employee benefits, leave records, and contract renewals
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics through CMiC
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR procedures
  • Liaise with PROs for visa and documentation processes when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience with mandatory hands-on knowledge of CMiC
  • UAE experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and labour laws in the UAE
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
