Job Description
Job Overview
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end employee services, benefits administration, claims handling, HR documentation, and coordination with vendors and government authorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations with a strong understanding of medical insurance, HRMS systems, and employee lifecycle support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage employee benefits including medical insurance, reimbursements, letters, and service documentation
* Coordinate benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes in HRMS
* Handle documentation for onboarding, probation confirmations, separations, and visa processes
* Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for all employee service requests
* Process medical insurance claims and coordinate with providers and insurers for approvals
* Ensure claims and benefit processes are compliant with company policies and UAE regulations
* Liaise between employees, insurance companies, PRO teams, and service providers
* Resolve employee inquiries related to claims, reimbursements, and documentation
* Track and report claim statuses, trends, and performance metrics
* Identify areas of process improvement and contribute to HR operational efficiency
Job Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2 4 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or insurance claims
* Proficient in HRMS systems, Excel, and claims processing tools
* Knowledge of UAE medical insurance regulations and HR documentation procedures
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Certification in Medical Billing or Insurance Processing is an advantage
