Oversee the daily operations of the office pertaining to administrative and human resource activities.

Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required by management.

Ensure all paperwork meets the standards and complies with local regulations.

Act as a liaison with official and local authorities to ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.

Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.

Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.

Develop an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.

Delegate tasks appropriately to other team members.

Coordinate and manage air travel, visa processing, and hotel bookings for company staff and guests.

Assist department heads as required. Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
